The Fairytale of the king

My illustration for an adult fairytale book, soon to be published by The Caseroom Press. The book will consist of a number of stories all from the weimar republican era. Each tale is dark and sinister, quite contrasting to what i'm used to depicting.

Now all I can do is just wait for my copy...
